Design/Build
As specialists in design/build contract delivery, Palmer Construction will provide a turnkey project. We break the design/build mold by providing total project solutions rather than simple box buildings. Working directly with your decision makers, Palmer’s project staff coordinates all aspects of engineering, architectural, and process design. With our wealth of experience, we will develop an aggressive schedule and realistic budget in the early stages of project development. Palmer’s ability to self perform the majority of the major construction trades makes both establishing and meeting these goals possible. Preliminary services will include real estate evaluations, budget estimates, conceptual engineering, and process analyses, all geared towards the end goal of providing an aesthetic, functional, and durable facility. Special requirements for fast tracking can readily be accommodated through our in-house design and construction capacities. Additionally, Palmer will assist with financing packages, government funding programs, and leaseback arrangements to find the best fit to your company’s needs.
Construction Management
With an experienced project staff, Palmer can manage the oversight of planning, coordination, and control of a project from inception to completion aimed at meeting the client’s requirements in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project.
Steel Erection (Structural and Pre-Engineered)
Our steel crews have erected buildings ranging from less than 10,000 square feet to 1.3 million square feet. With a strong background in pre-engineered construction and our own structural steel fabrication shop, we can service all aspects of your project.
Construction Equipment Rentals
PRO AER (Palmer Construction’s sister company) provides aerial work platforms, rough terrain forklifts, skid steers, and other essential construction equipment to support our customers on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. We offer rentals, leases, and sales for all your equipment needs. Our company services and maintains the equipment at the job site as well as providing service, inspections and maintenance for our customers equipment.
